First, fan use

   9-19, 9-26 type centrifugal Ventilator , compared to other fans , it has high efficiency, low noise, performance curve is flat and the high efficient area is wide. it has 70’s advanced level. The fan can be used for the ventilation of smithery furnace and high-pressure forced ventilation and it can be widely used for the transportation of materials, gas as well as special gas.

 

second, fan form

        1, The fan can be single absorption and the numbers are No.4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, 16. Other numbers can be made according to the requirements of the customers.
2, Ventilator can be Rotate Left or Rotate Right.
3, fan exit can be six angles according to the angle of main case.
4, The fan driving mode can be A type(4~6.3) and D type(7.1~16).

 

Third, main components' structure property

In the fan No4~6.3 are mainly made up of impeller, main case, air intake, bracket and so on. No7..1~16 is made up of impeller, main case, air intake, Transmission group.
1, impeller: 9-19 type fan blade can be 12 pieces, 9-26 type fan blade can be 16pieces.
2, main case: Steel plate welded into a whole volute shell.
3, air intake: Made the overall structure convergent streamline the front cover with a fixed set of Bolt .

4, Transmission group: It is made up of principal axis, bearing housing, coupler and so on.
